Hey there fishie readers. Want to know about a really nice sauce for just about any kind of fish? Okay, this should translate to any mild-tasting fish, but it is particularly good on lightly sauteed shrimp (1, peeled and deveined) scallop (1, lightly broiled) and a small slice of smoked salmon on a big white plate, garnished with a spring of cilantro. Mix up some coconut milk (half cup) and a bit of green wasabi (pinky nail size). Add more wasabi to tolerance. Drizzle over shrimp, scallop and salmon and just inside the edges of the pate. Enjoy with a chilled glass of Pouilly-Fuissé. Cheers from Houston!

    Hello.
Just a quick note to let you know that Bob really enjoyed the fish videos. We watched the one with the long lure you pull in, let sink, then pull in some more, and the fish cleaning videos, one with a itty bitty blue gill (but not the one with the catfish, the disclaimer scared us off - ha!) Thanks! Now I knwo where sushi comes from.
